Description of the project
The study was performed under the Framework Contract (FC) for the European Commission (in which EIM is subcontractor of Economisti Associati). The goal of the project was to get an adequate insight about the administrative burden in consequence of the change of the Market Abuse Directive. In this project, RegioPartner have conducted 12 interviews, for a large part in the financial sector. The results were used later as data basis for an impact assessment.
