Description of the project
The aim of the analysis and evaluation of the Manual is to detect any possible deficiencies and propose amendments and recommendations for he next ROP SE calls in the programme period 2007-2013 and for optimum preparation of the Manual. The Manual for the Applicants and Beneficiaries is a binding document for the preparation and implementation of projects. The objective of the Manual for the Applicants and Beneficiaries (and related documents) is to specify all relevant information necessary for smooth implementation of projects co-funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
