Description of the project
The objective of the project is to evaluate IUDPs’ implementation system functionality for the needs of NSRF management and coordination. Part of the evaluation is a risk analysis of IUDP implementation, including proposal of the risks elimination. Other goals are:
- Evaluation of 45 IUDPs’ implementation
- Evaluation of absorption and administrative capacity of particular cities and their ability to draw the IUDP’s funds in time
- Evaluation of the implementation system functionality and efficiency
