Description of the project
Objective of this analysis of the absorption capacity is to find the reasons why was (by the applicant of the Pardubice region) submitted to the challenges announced in framework of the Operational Programme Cross-Border Cooperation Czech Republic - Poland 2007 - 2013 only a limited number of project plans. Another outcome will design measures to improve the situation for the new programming period 2014 - 2020.
