Description of the project
 
The operational objective of the first key part of the contract was the creation of methods and subsequent implementation of project management in to the organization structures.
In another part of the project there was creating proces of models and their subsequent implementation in to the organizational structure. This has been achieved throught the gradual implementation of three steps. Firstly, it’s a methodology of proces models, secondly to identify key preocesses in the responsibility of municipalities (bulit a model of decomposition) and thirdly to build the process model.
A partial view of the strategic initiative to update documents in the town of Mělník was in accordance for an update of strategic documents, which were used for the systematic and effective management of medium and long term activities of the city for its evelopment, both in demographic and economic.
An integral part of the project has been also staff training. Training  focused on project management, creation of proces models and strategic planning.
