Description of the project
 
The study aims to investigate - across EU Member States - the strategies used by companies to support their older workers in order to keep them in employment as well as related incentives and support provided at the policy level. There is a focus on strategies based on guidance and lifelong learning. The research methods are desk-research, evaluation interviews (face-to-face and telephonic) and a case study.
RegioPartner took part in a 3-steps research consisting of:
  1. Elaborating two case studies about the Vysočina Regional Council and the NGO called Czech Society for Quality (CSQ) and evaluating their unique approach to older employees.
  2. Elaborating a country description for the Czech Republic assessing the relevant national policy and strategy documents concerning ageing, ageing workforce, active age management and lifelong guidance.
  3. Elaborating a background study for Slovakia regarding to relevant national policy and strategy documents concerning ageing and age management strategies.
