Description of the project
The purpose of the order was the elaboration of an ex-ante evaluation (preliminary evaluation) of the Regional operating program NUTS II Northwest for the programming period 2007-2013 (hereinafter referred to as “ROP”) with the aim to optimise the assignment of budgetary sources and the improvement of the programming quality. The evaluation identified and evaluated the disparity, gaps and potential for development, stated and evaluated the medium-term and long-term demands, the objectives which were necessary to achieve, expected results, quantified objectives, the cohesion of the economic justification of the proposed strategy, the added value of European communities, the rate of the consideration of the priorities of the European communities, knowledge from the previous programming and the quality of implementation procedures, monitoring and the evaluation of financial management.
